IT Ops Engineer (m/f/d)
Administration of identity services: Active Directory and LDAP directories
Monitoring of runtime and operation with monitoring tools such as CheckMK or similar
Virtualisation of in-house services with KVM
Automation and provisioning of in-house services, GitLab, Nexus and Jenkins, via Terraform and Ansible
Containerisation of applications with Docker
Container management with Kubernetes based on RANCHER and Traefik Ingress
Project management (m/f/d)
Managing and planning projects: Steering, planning, controlling and coordinating all parties involved
Managing communication: Central interface with customers, status updates, coordination with project management
Presenting and reporting: Creating management presentations, structured reporting to stakeholders
Keeping an eye on risks: Identifying problems early on, making them transparent & defining countermeasures
Implementing requirements: Supporting requirements analysis, guiding business analysts, translating customer needs
Ensuring technology & quality: Immersing yourself in technical details, checking deliverables, supporting testing
Optimising & designing: Contributing process improvements, participating in product roadmap
Business analyst (m/f/d)
Identify requirements: Record and document customer needs in workshops
Specify: Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process and data models
Managing backlog: Prioritising and maintaining in close coordination with project management and development
Communicating: Acting as a central interface for the Scrum team, ensuring smooth coordination of technical matters
Testing: Creating test concepts, performing UATs, checking implementation against customer expectations
Optimising: Identifying process potential and developing smart improvements
